Snake oil and Scams
Would You Pay $200 to Win the Lotto?
Apparently all you need to do is buy a spell (Itās a scam)
Magic Spells
Pictured above is a screenshot of a comment to one of my articles about an attempted scam.
Iāve been going through what I can only describe a shitstorm of scammy activity in the past few days. It feels like Iāve poked a waspās nest of them or something.
Every day now, I fend off at least 10 different attempts to take my money, but this one is a classic.
āKarenā (above), decided that I would do well to contact some kind of magician in order to buy a spell so that I too could win the lotto. She left the traditional realm of pseudo legitimate manipulation and went straight to a level of woo woo that left me in awe.
I mean, do I look like a crazy person? I donāt get it. Do people fall for this kind of chicanery?
I thought Iād share this comment so you can see what a scam looks like in real time. A little following up showed me that āKarenā has no followers but sheās currently following 31 people, and on her page, she apparently also contacted the magician for a spell to restore her marriage.
